The mission of Crater Community Hospice is to educate the community on serious illness and end of life concerns and provide families and patients with quality care and supportive services.
Hospice Services
Hospice care is provided in a team approach including a physician, nurse, hospice aide, social worker, chaplain, bereavement counselor and trained volunteers.
Bereavement Program
Crater Community Hospice offers bereavement support groups throughout the year at different sites through the Tri-Cities, Emporia and surrounding counties.
