Volunteering means different things to different people. Volunteering with Crater Community Hospice means joining the most long standing group of hospice volunteers in southern Virginia. Our volunteers have been supporting the only not-for-profit hospice group since 1995. Opportunities range from mission support volunteers to providing respite to a family caregiver. Your gift of time will help your community neighbor’s remembrance of days gone by, “Neighbor helping Neighbor”. 
Volunteers receive extensive training and will choose their own direction with the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator. Finally, if you have the desire to help and want to let community families know you care consider volunteering with Crater Community Hospice.
